Bank of Baroda offer rupee remittance services from USA to India through a number of ways including Swift Transfer and International Wire Transfer. This allows you to remit funds to other banks.  In particular through Swift allows US Dollar amounts to any bank around the world through their US correspondent banks to India as well as to Europe and UK through their Belgium branch or UK branch.
